We carry our experiences in more than our thoughts. Stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, and the demands of everyday life can shape how we breathe, move, rest, and inhabit our bodies.

Yoga offers another way of listening- not to force change, but to notice what is already here and create space for something different.

Sometimes healing begins by simply noticing that we are here.

A gentler way of practicing.

The yoga offered through Seele is not about performance, flexibility, or achieving a particular shape. Practices are invitational and adaptable, with attention to breath, sensation, choice, and the nervous system.

Yoga

Come back to the body.

Gentle, breath-led yoga rooted in nervous system regulation, embodiment, and reconnection with self.

Yoga can be therapeutic. It isn’t therapy.

Yoga and counseling may complement one another, but they are distinct services. You do not need to be a therapy client to practice yoga through Seele, and participation in yoga does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Practice with Seele.
