Therapy isn’t about becoming someone else.

I believe we are shaped in relationship.

We are wounded in relationship, and ultimately, we heal in relationship.

I also believe the natural world matters. We are shaped not only by the people around us, but by our bodies, our environments, and the rhythms we live within. When it feels supportive, our work may include attention to movement, breath, sensory experience, nature, and the ways our bodies respond to the spaces we inhabit. This doesn’t have to mean doing therapy outdoors. Sometimes it simply means remembering that we are embodied people living within a larger world—and allowing that relationship to become another resource for healing.

My work is grounded in the understanding that our nervous systems, attachment experiences, and life stories all influence how we move through the world. Together, we explore those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, creating space for healing that feels both compassionate and sustainable.

“The soul is dyed by the colour of its thoughts.”

Counseling

Healing happens in relationship.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, disconnection, or a season of transition, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and move toward lasting changes.

Fees & Payment

I believe in being transparent about the cost of counseling from the beginning.

Individual counseling — $120 per 50-minute session
Couples & family counseling — $150 per 50-minute session

Seele is working toward participation with select insurance plans. Private pay is currently the primary way to work together and offers more freedom for our work to unfold according to your needs, rather than within the requirements of an insurance plan.

I also believe that finances should not automatically stand in the way of finding a therapist who feels like the right fit. A limited number of sliding-scale spaces are available for those who may not be able to afford the full session fee.

If the cost of therapy feels out of reach but you believe we may be a good fit, please reach out. I’m happy to talk about what may be workable.
